As a client of an accounting firm with an established account, you can edit your company's settings at any time.
To do this, simply log in to SaldeoSMART, click the gear icon in the top menu, and access your account settings.
You'll see a dashboard consisting of several tiles containing different editable data fields: account settings, user settings, two-factor verification, password change, PIN setup, list of authorized email addresses, email notification settings, and mobile version settings.
1. Account settings
The first tile - Account Settings - contains company data such as full name, address details, bank account number, etc. All mandatory fields are highlighted for easy identification. These details should be kept current as they're automatically pulled into messages sent from SaldeoSMART.
Additionally, you can enter:

Contact person's name

Designate accounting and HR representatives for communication with your firm
2. User settings
In User Settings, you can modify:

User's name and email address

Select from five available languages (Polish, German, English, Ukrainian, or Korean) for your SaldeoSMART interface
You can also:

Assign a supervisor

View modules accessible to you (note: these permissions can't be self-edited)
Email Notifications
Manage daily email notifications about:
✓ Change notifications (modifications made by your accounting firm)
✓ New employees and HR documents
✓ Tax notifications (unpaid taxes and social security)
✓ Assigned documents
✓ New advances
✓ Changes to tasks you're observing
✓ Tasks assigned to you
✓ Inactivity reminder timing
You can select which notifications to receive. Browser push notifications (appearing within 30 minutes as pop-ups) are also available for accounting settlements, documents, and tasks.
Note: Account administrators can copy user permissions. Learn more in our "Copying User Permissions" article.
3. Two-step verification
If secure access to SaldeoSMART is a priority for you, we encourage enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for logging in.
4. Password change
Simply enter your current and new passwords in the designated fields.
5. PIN setup
This additional authorization method is used when sending documents to your company's dedicated SaldeoSMART email address. It allows document processing when email subjects contain special bracketed expressions that might affect sending algorithms.
6. Email reminder settings
Enable/disable reminders for:

Tax payment deadlines
-
Social security contribution due dates
Reminders come one day before and on the due date.
7. Mobile app login code
Set a 6-digit minimum login code for the mobile app (can also be set directly in the app).
