SaldeoSMART is a program designed for accounting firms, their clients, and businesses. Each account type has one user who serves as the account administrator and can assign permissions to other users.

If a company is handled by an accounting firm, it is the firm’s responsibility to add and create the company’s account. Therefore, the company should contact the accounting firm and request access to SaldeoSMART.

1. Account setup

When an accounting firm enters a client company’s data into SaldeoSMART, it automatically creates an account for that company and grants the client access. Every company added to the system this way gains access to its account, enabling it to:

• Issue sales documents,

• Add expense documents to the archive,

• Access employee files,

• Create employee accounts,

• Send information and tasks to the accounting firm.

An email is sent to the address provided when the accounting firm adds the company.

The client then has 72 hours to set their password. Once changed, they can log in to SaldeoSMART and start using its features. Logging in is done via:

• The dedicated website: saldeo.brainshare.pl

• The product website: saldeosmart.pl (by clicking the Log in button).

2. Editing an account

Once an account is created by the accounting firm, its details and settings can be edited. To do this:

1. Click the gear icon in the top menu.

2. Select Account in the configuration.

From here, you can update:

• Account data and security settings,

• User permissions,

• Email notification preferences.

With an account, clients enjoy:
