Features available with credits in SMARTduet

While being in the SMARTduet program, you will be able to use credits for:

reading (OCR) documents - add a scan of an invoice or a photo from your phone, and the system will read the data for you, and 1 credit will be settled from the pool of credits for 1 page of the document

 automatic connection to a bank account - SaldeoSMART will connect to your bank accounts, and you will see your transactions and bank account balances on an ongoing basis. We will settle 10 credits/month from the pool for 1 bank account

downloading transactions from the bank - SaldeoSMART will download payment information every day, without the need to log in to the bank, we will settle 1 credit for 3 downloaded transactions

reading transactions from a PDF bank statement - you will be able to work with statements in a traditional way. Add a PDF file and the system will automatically read transactions, we will settle 1 credit = 3 downloaded transactions

downloading invoices from KSeF - you will download invoices from KSeF and AI will support you in verification, acceptance and payments; we will settle 1 credit = 1 downloaded invoice

In addition to the functions available under credits, you also gain free access to sales invoices (invoicing module), if the office has not previously made this module available to you.
