How to buy credits in SMARTduet?

Are you short on credits for the current month, or maybe you want to buy credits for the next months?

This article will tell you which shopping path to choose.

1. Log in to SaldeoSMART, click on the SMARTduet icon and go to the Credit Management Panel
2. In the Your Package section, click Buy Credit Package
3. On the Buy Credit Package screen, select one of the available options: purchase additional credits in the current billing period or a new credit package from the new billing period. 
4. Buy Credits - select this option if you do not have enough credits. The number of credits will be increased once within the current package.

By increasing the current package during its duration, you only pay the difference in price between the selected and the previous package. You receive an additional number of credits, which is the difference between the number of credits in the new and the previous package

5. Select - if you want to buy a new package of credits for a new billing period, use this option

You choose one of the available price packages
