What is SMARTduet?

SMARTduet is a functionality that allows you to independently manage functions through an internal billing unit – credits. With it, you can use advanced tools such as automatic invoice reading, bank integration.

Additionally, you automatically gain the ability to issue sales invoices for free if your accounting office has not previously provided you with this option and if the package your office uses has access to the invoice module.

How does the credit system work?

Credits are an internal billing unit in SaldeoSMART that allows you to use additional functions. Each operation, such as reading an invoice or fetching transactions, consumes a certain number of credits. Here are some examples:

1 credit = 1 invoice page (automatic invoice reading)

10 credits/month = 1 bank account (bank integration)

1 credit = 3 download transactions (automatic transaction downloaded)

Credits can be purchased independently, providing greater flexibility in using the system.

Remember, you can always test SMARTduet for free before your first purchase. The trial version will allow you to test the system's additional features.

1. Automatic invoice reading (OCR)
   Allows for automatic reading of data from invoices. Just add a scanned invoice or a photo from your phone, and the system will independently process information such as invoice number, amount, and date.
   1 credit = 1 invoice page
2. Automatic bank connection
   SaldeoSMART integrates with your bank accounts, enabling real-time viewing of transactions and account balances.
   10 credits/month = 1 bank account
3. Automatic transaction downolad
   The system daily fetches payment information, eliminating the need to manually log in to the bank.
   1 credit = 3 fetched transactions
4. Automatic statement reading (OCR)
   If you use traditional bank statements in PDF format, the system can automatically read transactions.
   1 credit = 3 read transactions
5. Automatic payment verification
   Artificial intelligence (AI) reconciles bank transactions with documents, making it easier to control payments.
   0 credits = use without limits!
6. *Complete with AI (coming soon, from January it will be available on promotion for free) - downloading credits for invoices from KSeF will be available in two options:
   1. Full automation , which includes automatic assignment of AI types to KSeF invoices and automatic assignment of AI parameters to KSeF invoices, i.e. register, description, categories and dimensions - 1 credit per invoice
   2. Without automatic typing , which includes manual setting of default types for KSeF invoices and automatic assignment of AI parameters to KSeF invoices, i.e. register, description, categories and dimensions - 1 credit per invoice

How to start using SMARTduet?

1. Log in to SaldeoSMART
   If your accounting office uses SaldeoSMART, ask for access to the SMARTduet functionality.
2. Buy credits
   Credits can be purchased directly in the system. Determine how many credits you need in a given month.
3. Use additional functions
   Use credits for automating invoices, bank integration.
4. Monitor credit usage
   The system continuously informs you about credit usage, allowing you to control costs.

With SMARTduet, you use it without any obligations. If you do not need additional functions in a given month, simply do not purchase credits.
