Open Banking Integration with SaldeoSMART
Access to your account history requires consent to share data in accordance with the PSD2 directive on open banking.
Secure data access is provided by our partner, Unifiedpost Group, which holds a license from the KNF.
🔑Who Can Link Bank Accounts
An account with the banking system can be linked by:
- An office user with permission to access bank statements
- A company user/client of the office with permission to access bank statements
The right to access bank statements is granted by the SaldeoSMART account administrator.
If you see bank statements in the side menu, it means you have access to them:
⚙️ Setting Up Bank Integration
1. Access Bank Integration Settings
Log in to your SaldeoSMART account, then go to the configuration and select Settings for integration with the banks:
2. View Your Bank Accounts
You'll be redirected to a list displaying active bank accounts associated with your company account, according to your permissions.
From this screen, you can add new bank connections.
You can connect PLN accounts and foreign currency accounts held in Polish banks.

3. Initiate Connection
Click the ➕ icon in the Connection with the bank column to proceed. You'll be redirected to Unifiedpost Payments S.A. to authorize:
Authorization Process
- Go to Unifiedpost Group and create an account.
- Select your bank account type.
- Log in to your bank securely.
- Return to SaldeoSMART to complete the process.
Verifying Your Connection
- Go to the bank accounts list in SaldeoSMART.
- Check the "Status of the connection with the bank" column:
- Active: Transactions are being imported automatically.
